November 8, 2021 - Last week, the management team of an international company spent two days at La Ferme for a training session with L'Arche giving input in their process of review. The programme blended spells in the Day Activity (ESAT) workshops accompanied by trainers with disabilities from L'Arche Oise, opportunities to meet people in the L'Arche homes in Trosly, and times for reflection.
